(SC) Cylinder Burs, Radius End - Tungsten Carbide

(SC) Cylinder Burs, Radius End - Tungsten Carbide
Cylindrical burs (also referred to as burrs) have a strong, heat- and wear-resistant carbide head used to remove excess material and sharp edges from machined components. The (SC) Radius End Cylindrical Burs are suitable for deburring or refining freshly cut edges, convex / concave surfaces, slots, and recesses. The Cylinder Bur is the most common shaped bur. The (SC) Radius End features a rounded cutting head and flutes on their sides and radius end. They can be used in jewelers pendant drills, high-speed engravers, and die grinders.

  • Our (SC) Cylindrical Radius-End Carbide Burs are available in 3mm and 6mm shank diameters.
  • Proudly made right here in the USA.

Double Cut Burs (ADC)

Basically a standard cutting tool, cuts are performed along the left-hand spiral. Double Cut Burs have multiple cutting edges which will remove material much faster. Double cut burs leave a smoother finish than standard cut burs because they produce smaller chips as they cut. The The Double cut profile provides better tool control in the removal of light-to-medium material, deburring, finishing and cleaning.

Double Cut Burs (ADC), 6" Extended Length

Standard Cut Burs

The standard cut bur provides easy chip flow and faster material removal with little to no clogging. Can be used on aluminum, magnesium, soft steel, plastic, rubber and wood.

Bear/Shipyard Cut Burs (Heavy-Duty)

Our Bear/Shipyard cut burs can significantly reduce manufacturing production costs and remove more material per hour thanks to the overall design and tooth cut. Developed for heavy-duty applications with wider teeth to produce longer chips which disintegrate easier. The tooth profile reduces their propensity to accumulate chips; this is because of the depth and durability of the teeth. Perfect choice for use on mild steel, stainless steel, metal alloys and cast iron. Ideal for heavy duty applications such as shipbuilding, automotive, offshore drilling, and foundries.

Aluma Cut Burs (NF)

Aluma cut carbide burs are for use on Aluminum, magnesium, soft steel and nonferrous materials such as hard plastic, rubber and wood. Provides easy chip flow and faster stock removal with little or no clogging.
