Metric Ball Shaped Burs- Tungsten Carbide
The metric ball cutting head of the Ball Bur, is designed for deburring and finishing rounded openings and curvilinear surface profiles. They are used to remove excess material and sharp edges from machined components. Along with shaping bevels and other concave surfaces, the Ball Burs can also be used to enlarge holes. They attach to rotary power tools such as die grinders, high-speed engravers, and jewelers pendant drills. Their carbide head is hard and resists wear and heat.

Double Cut Burs (ADC)


Basically a standard cutting tool, cuts are performed along the left-hand spiral. The design results in a finer finish, smaller shavings, and improved tool control.


Standard Cut Burs


The standard cut bur provides easy chip flow and faster material removal with little to no clogging. Can be used on aluminum, magnesium, soft steel, plastic, rubber and wood.

Bear/Shipyard Cut Burs (Heavy-Duty)


Basically a standard cutting tool, cuts are performed along the left-hand spiral. The design results in a finer finish, smaller shavings, and improved tool control.

Aluma Cut Burs (NF)


The Aluminum cut is designed for use on aluminum, magnesium, soft steel, hard plastic, rubber, and wood. Provides easy chip flow and faster stock removal with little or no clogging.

Chipbreaker Cut Burs


Our Chipbreaker Ball Shaped Burs are used for Deburring, milling, cleaning. Used for tempered, unhardened steel, cast steel, and weld seams.
