Machine Ground Tree Shape Burs - High Speed Steel

These files have smooth, undamaged flutes, they are ground from hardened high speed steel blanks. They are used for filing mild steels and pliable, stringy materials like aluminum, brass, lead, plastics, and magnesium. They are best used in machines with flexible shafts and air tools, at medium speeds. The tree design is for deburring and finishing rounded openings and curvilinear surface profiles. They are used to deburr castings and machine dies.
