Machine Ground Tree Radius End Bur - High Speed Steel



These files have smooth, undamaged flutes, they are ground from hardened high speed steel blanks. They are used for filing, deburring, and finishing rounded openings and curvilinear surfaces in mild steels, aluminum, brass, lead, select plastics, and magnesium. They work best in machines with flexible shafts and air tools, at medium speeds.

Standard Cut Burs


Basically a standard cutting tool, cuts are performed along the left-hand spiral. The design results in a finer finish, smaller shavings, and improved tool control.
